Hi everyone I have a spectra 500 led in my closet grow room it was getting way to hot in there so I put a 200cfm inline fan to exhaust it out the roof. The room is a bit shy of 4x4 my question is should this light be making that much heat ?
My entire house is usually no higher then 70 degrees in the grow closet With the fan off it would get into 100-108 degrees with the inline fan full on it's at about 78-82 degrees Is this normal? I was under the impression that LEDs ran cool with almost no heat what so ever and the inline fan an all that wasn't really needed. Also I have the fan bolted to a rafter joist should I be able to hear the fan buzzing all night?
