Spring tails??

Just looking for a second opinion. It's not in the video but I did poke at them with a knife & they jumped clear across the pot so I'm pretty sure they're springtails (root aphids dont jump do they?)
They are much bigger than the typical springtails I find around the house tho. These clones had been neglected but honestly they look pretty healthy up top now.

Spring tails. Let the plants dry out then don’t let them stay constantly wet.
