Yeah I have been top feeding with 5.7ph water no nutes. I raised the res up to be closer to the net pot but still an air gap to hopefully get the pebbles more wet to help the root reach more it’s literally right on the edge of the net cup just gotta make into the air gap is taking for ever...

Let the root riot dry out a little bit then the roots will search the water out...same thing happened to me, then I followed the advice I just gave you. Next day roots appeared out of the net pot.

That’s what I’ve been doing, small top feeding like ever other day to give the pebbles and etc to dry up a little but not totally and I think it worked I looked today before I left for work while doing a quick PH test and I seen a little white stem tip popping out the bottom of the net cup. The 50 year old seed won’t give up I’m happy so time to start the nutes and hopefully get this baby to blow up plus a co worker of mine had an old 600w mars hydro LED true light That he sold me for 25$ so now I got a stronger light that’s not just blue and red.

Second week, I don’t think it’s looking to bad, really don’t like how fox farm big bloom organic leaves that orange tint and almost film like substance. Is it possible it’s expired? Has anyone else come across this using fox farm nutes?

Week 3 thinking not bad but starting to get confused for this seed, it’s already showing it sex and to me showing hybrid leafs... but who knows

Unless I can't see it I don't see that plant showing sex yet but it looks like it's doing great and the roots look healthy too! it seems like you've got it going well, keep it up!

Small update, week 4 starting today I pushed week 3 an extra day so I can do this stuff on my day off. Pushed my PPM up and did 3 gallons of nute this time still ranging 70-78f 40-60humidity the weather has been weird as hell out we’re I live.
everything to me looks good, unless anyone see anything for improvement let me know.

If you change your mind on taking some cuttings this would a be a great time. Would hate for those rare genetics to get lost. Everything is going so well, I am sure you will be a natural.

Well small update; week 5 as of today down to 12/12 I do a weird transition week4 through out the week I slowly drop the cycle from 18 to 16 to 14 than the day before nute change drop to 12 I’m weird I know but to me it’s more like nature since when seasons change it’s not like instant but gradual but that’s me.
Everything seems good I would guess, keeping it around 75 temp 69 to 71 in the Rez 50-60 humidity 5.9PH 600ppm 1200ish EC. I got amour si coming and I’m gonna add that into the next nute mix as their been a few times the temps have hit in the 80s so that silica will help with that.
