So I figured I'd post a simple technique that I use for starting seeds. Specifically autos, as transplanting slows growth and effectively shortens productive veg time.
I start with 3" peat pots a garden spike or ground anchor, and your favorite starter potting soil.
I help the peat pot break down by placing holes in. ottom and around the bottom edge to help roots transition upon planting in their final home. Technically it's not transplanting and just an expansion of their starting pot.
I find it works extremely well in saving space and efficiently starting auto plants particularly.
It works just as well for photoperiod plants as well.
Happy Growing!!
