starting seedling while 1 plant is in late flower

i have 1 more plant in week 5 of flower its an auto it will go to week 9 or 10 . i wanna know at what week would be a good time to start my seedlings for my next grow ? do i have to wait until the last plant is done or could i start a few weeks before ?
