is this what i think it is?

my humidity stays 45% to 48% and room temp is 73 to 78 degrees lights on... about 68 to 70 degrees lights off.

it's winter grow homies.

i just noticed this tonight.

the only time i've ever seen this is on some pretty plants (gallardias (spell)) i germ'd for my front yard last spring. i didn't treat them... cause i had so many... but lost a bunch.

i'm noid!

as a quick measure of action i added some extra (side) lighting & an air king style fan to the space just before making this post.

i also treated the stems & bottom 1/3 of the plant & top of the hydroton with daconil (fungicide).

fyi :

i run about 4 drops of bleach per gallon in a 27 gal rez.
ebb & flow. sog. this issue is on the weeks 1 to 3 (flower) table.

did i take the right course of action with the fungicide?
are these cuts/plants fucked? everything looks lush from the top.
if they're infectious please inform... cause i'll yank them asap!

i have 4 plants, that were on the outer edge of a this tray oddly, with this shit.

surely after several flood cycles i'll need another application of dacoinil?

i foliared the stuff ...should i just pop some in the rez? amount?

please help... i did several searches but i need a course of action. it's late & i'm exhausted.

thanx
