strong side branching interfere with SOG grows?

I have some Red Diesel and Tangerine Dream seeds and they are known for strong side branching, especially the former. Does this make it a bad choice for sea of green grows or does the canopy filter enough light to prevent the side branching from getting out of hand?

You can pretty much run anything in a SOG as long as your timing is right. For a known bushy plant induce flowering as soon as clones are rooted, from seed it can be done but is harder. Read up on lollipoping , its an easy solution for a bushier variety. Good luck
