Stubby little reeker...what is it?

So I grew this one plant from a seedling someone gave me. It's about 7" tall and its like a big thick bud you'd see on a full grown plant...like my others that are close to 4' tall. Its never got bigger than it is now but it reeks more than my other plants put together. Its got crystals too. Can I harvest it now since Its not growing? It even has a shoot that came off of it that a good bud also. Its about 10 weeks old. Been about this size for 8. It just filled out instead of getting taller. Also anyone know what it is?

Probably some type of auto x. I'd chop it, probably get at least a joint out of it.
