These girls went outside a month ago after 18/6 indoor flourescents, so of course they started throwing pistils with 14 hours of daylight to flip them. Also the nights have been cold in the high 40’s. Are these girls confused or frigid?

Once they go into flower they will have to reveg when the days get longer. Problem is once they have to go back to veg it takes a long time and you'll typically see some tiny leaves and what looks like stunted growth. It is strain dependent but you can lose several weeks of growth waiting for reveg. They will recover but if they had not gone into flower you wouldn't have lost about 3 weeks of strong veg growth.

Some of mine tried the same thing even though I waited a little later but their tendency to flower early when put out before the end of May (I am at 45 deg North) is also very much strain dependent.
