In an Ebb & Gro setup on the drain cycle, the big cubes let the bucket pull a vacuum and it will collapse the cube into a pancake in the bottom of the pot.
The small ones root nice though, I had a bunch of samples form the manufacturer and as far as rooters they worked good.

Thanks for the info. I do remember reading that very thing in one of your posts. I have about two more weeks to decide weather or not to use the ones I rooted my clones in before I transfer into MPB's
I can see that in hydroton they will be sturdy enough (a lot of help coming from that cages), but the drawback is that they allow stagnant water in the bottom.
I really like that they are made from inert material. No smell...etc.
Anyone else have a good or bad experience with RTG?
