Hello gals & guys,

Second time grower here.

Currently growing seven plants, one of which has darkened leaf edges. The other six are doing fine. The seven plants were all watered, fed and grown identically.

But first, here's general info on these seven plants:
  • all are at day 40 since germination;
  • all grown outdoors, in 10 gallon pots, general vegetable potting mix;
  • 2 autos, 5 photos;
  • all watered sparingly, every 5 days or so, when top 2 inches of soil is bone dry;
  • have given nutrients twice:
    • at day 20: 300ppm, pH 6.5;
    • two days ago; 700ppm, NPK 24-8-16, pH adjusted to 6.5;

So, one plant has these darkened leaf edges affecting all leaves, but most markedly the ones right in the middle of the plant. I see no yellowing. The plant is sturdy, no wilting, or any other discoloration.

My thoughts so far:
  • possible nutrient burn;
  • flush soil
  • no nutrients for a week, maybe even longer?

What do you all think?

Ron,
Montreal
