I started out doing hydro in 13 gallon buckets (RWDC) and have had a number of good runs growing Bruce Banner, Runtz Muffin and Sour Diesel. I have decided I want to grow in dirt and chose FF Ocean Forest and Gaia Green All Purpose 4-4-4 and Power Bloom 2-8-4 along with worm castings. My water is around 7.4 so it's not too bad and only has chlorine.

Is there any other amendments that I should keep on hand ?

I am planning on waiting 4 week them add All Purpose during veg and when it get close to flower I will start adding Power Bloom and using 7 gallon pots.

You will probably want to keep a small bag of epsom salts handy. They are very cheap and help with magnesium needs. You'll also want to purchase cal-mag. 2 of the most common deficiencies in cannabis is magnesium and calcium. The problem with calcium is it can lock out other minerals. Therefore, my recommendation is use the epsom salts during veg unless you see calcium issues in the leaves. Switch to cal-mag after the 2nd week of flowering.

It's slower growing than the RWDC but it works. That's all you need, that simple, I would add the all purpose and power bloom a week before the flip. The stretch will suck up a lot from the soil. And if you haven't already add some more perlite in the soil. Ocean forest has enough nutrients to carry you to the flip. Soil should be moist all the way..not wet. Just moist. Maybe get some of his stuff and use it per directions. If your not using compost your gonna want to get that stuff in there somehow. When you top dress mix it with the worm castings before adding. Do all that and your GOLDEN.

Sounds like a solid plan! With Ocean Forest, worm castings, and Gaia Green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4, you’ve got a good organic base!

Well the 5 X 5 tent is cleared out but still needs a good cleaning and disinfecting. I have started growing some Platinum Cookies and Gorilla Glue 4 in my smaller grow tent so things are going pretty good. My hope is the automate the watering to some degree so if I am camping things are still getting the watering they need.
