Taking Stock Today I Been Noticing Yellowing Leaves On Bottom But Worse

Conserve SC is strong spinosad
it is good stuff .
but not great for russets
Diatomaceous earth kills russets.
and lots of other bad bugs too.
Wear a mask and cover the whole plant with it. Leave it for a couple days then you can start trying to get it back off :)

That's looks like a pirate bug. He is eating some of your russets. But he won't be able to eat em all
