Tangering dream 8 days old white spot

What could cause these spots over night they are 8 days old last 2 days ago I gave them a lol water with cal mag plus 2ml to 1 gallon of water I saw a real small red bug jump on the rim of. spot the other day and i killed it could this be spider mites?

Using pro mix with perlite
Ph6.5
Temps 70 to 81
Humidity 50 to 60

Looks fine . It looks like water or nutes may of gotten on the leaves , I could be wrong but it looks fine.
