So i need to do a flush and I am about 2 weeks into flower. I have too much nitrogen in my pots and need to get it cleared from my medium.

I am using FFOF and I have not performed a flush yet throughout my grow. This will be the first flush.

I am trying to figure out if I should use tap water or distilled water to perform the flush. I do not have access to RO water.

My tap water runs a 226 PPM and a 8.3 PH.

If the answer is to use distilled water, I think I read somewhere to add a little bit of nutrients to it for the flush.

Looking for some guidance here on whats the right way to go.

Thanks!

Oh also forgot to add....

When I feed/water I have been using distilled water, so if I were to use tap water, it would be the first time my plants would experience it.
