Honestly without knowing all details I'd say calmag deff lol, or not enough nutrients. Which is the wrong answer.

This is hydro BTW, so there is no under or over watering.

Not true. It's difficult to over or under water, but possible.

The only thing wrong with the plant in the picture is impatience. Let it grow.

So it's cold. The inlet fan is at 65 degrees and blowing on the tote cooling it right under that plant. Some of the cool air is reflecting up and onto the plant. She's cold.. Very very cold. At night with lights off I imagine is when she the coldest.
