Well I had water.. to the shop just not outside.... went to replace the top.. it was still letting water though so I tried to get it tightened up more.. now the whole pic moves up and down..feels like fucked

looks like you got it now,mine doesnt have a manual pump jack on it,that pipe with tenneses water you have there,thats what mine has and a submersible pump hooked on marine wire drops 500 ft down the hole,im not even sure of that system so cant say,looks like the new jack should do the job though
