What class is MJ these days is it C or B did it change this year back to a B or not. What is likely to happen in uk if caught growing 4 MJ plants, has anyone had an experiance in UK were they have been caught if so what happend,

and for 4 mj plants. there just take them off,of you keep u in the sell for about 4 hours and let u go with a slap on the wrist.

IT IS NOT A CLASS B.
it was decided to make it back into a class b but the law lords and houses of commons have to pass the ruling first and if they agree it will be atleast the beginning of next year before it goes back to class b.
4 plants you got nothing to worry about m8 unless you have scales baggies and wads of cash about.

That's what I've heard, although you do read reports of some poor bod getting community time for a handful of plants for percy. No jail time though....worst case is doing some proper gardening for some old folks, which provides the perfect opportunity for a guerilla grow ;)

..... a mate had to go to court and was charged with cultivating canabis he had 1 cheese plant. was locked up for 18 hours .

Ive seen ppl in the uk with 30 plants let off the hook....then ive seen others go to jail...work that one out.....the cops must use a postcode lottery like the nhs hahaha

yep . plus when they do there yearly sweep they clamp down on ya ,

yes tis a lottery ,,me mate got done wi 42 plants and they smashed his lights took all the plants and left ,just a caution and a mess

its when they put alota money and a huge team or weed eaters together (police. dogs helicopters) and hit the address's they have been passed on thru the year by grasses!
