I smoked my 420 and this popped up. We are all dead already. The past is the present. The future the past. The present the future. And so the layers of time have already passed and this has already happened and we are all ALREADY DEAD. 🐉

What is everyone's theory on what reality we are in? Multiverse, matrix, quote real world, reality stated by your religion, what do you think?
I vote a simulation because it is about doable now and the probability of us being "the first" to create the simulation is ridiculously small.

How do you even define reality? The state of waking consciousness? Awareness? What is reality even? Just a bunch of social norms secretly pervading the true nature of what ought to be reality. But what is real for me is very unreal for you and vice versa. Just a thought.

I am open to any ideas, I could never know 100% what it really is so i entertain everything. Society is certainly a bunch of social norms imo

Well prob shouldn't listen to a schizos take on reality.
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 I also have this happen to me all the time...my meds don't work for this. So I get messages from TV and billboards and whatnot. I used to follow what they told Me. But the meds do work for keeping me from acting out based on the messages. Schizophrenia is a fucked up disorder yall I wouldn't wish it on anyone

An idea of reference, also known as a delusion of reference, is a false belief that irrelevant events or details in the world are directly related to oneself. This cognitive distortion occurs when someone believes their thoughts, actions, or presence caused an event to occur.

For example, someone with an idea of reference might believe that certain gestures, comments, events, or happenings in the immediate environment are directed at themselves.

Research has found that over two-thirds of people with schizophrenia experience delusions of reference. Ideas of reference are also frequently reported in schizotypal personality disorder.

Antipsychotic medications, counseling, psychotherapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy can help with delusions of reference. Cognitive behavioral therapy can help people reframe their thoughts and explore logical explanations for their line of thinking.
