Anyone got a clue on what could be causing these leaf tips curling down

the runoff EC was 1100 ppm was 650
I water 2L in a 6,5L pot drys out in about 3-4 days

I use RO water with calmag
I add some organic rootbooster and
A bit 0,5ml/L of veg nutes

Last watering i skipped the veg nutes was wondering if it was caused by too much nitrogen
Doesnt seem like it tho

Temp is between 20-25C
Rh is always 50%

It recently got moved from a 100 watt light to a 240 watt one

I did some supercropping on it
Due to its height maybe it could be lightstress? Or overall stress?

Anything i didnt cover feel free to ask
Just want to find out whats causing this
Heres some pics

Wanting to try to some happy frog or ocean forest soil. Which one do y’all prefer for veg. Ordering a ac infinity germination kit also. Anyone bought one of those kits and like it? Those cheap germination kits don’t look promising so this ac infinity is the only choice I got
With only 3 grows, all of them in Fox Farms media, I’m feeling the love for Happy Frog more than Ocean Forest.

HF is inoculated with good stuff, and it has 2/3 of the nitrogen (supposedly!) that Ocean Forest has. Seems better in early to mid veg, and then backfill w/ OF when up-potting. But that’s me.

How did you ensure your new lamp was cranking approx the same photons when you switched?

I use both happy frog and ocean forest in tandem, but not mixed together (have no idea why people do that). Happy frog is perfect for seedlings/early veg. I'll do seedings in solos with HF, then when its time to up pot into 1 gallon, will transplant into fresh happy frog. When its time to up pot to 5 gallon, then its time for ocean forest. Just the soil alone in this order will carry the grow with very little added nutrients

That helped a bunch. Thank you

If I’m not mistaken, I believe he’s talking about PPFD. The amount of light your plant receives.

I veg in one tent, flower in another.

To make sure that I lessen the shock when at flip , I use an inexpensive, three prong meter with a PPF gauge ✌️
The light instensity is defientely higher over in my tent but i have never seen a plant get these symptoms from light stress?
