Hey guys..

Was stuck in the hospital for a while there came home to my seedlings badly infected with thrips..

I was wondering if aaanyone could recommend a bug killer that won't also kill my seedlings (two weeks old/ second thrid node) .. I usually have Amblyseius cucumeris or swrikki but they don't seem to be helping this round looking for a spray that'll kill these fuckers as I've some important beans that are like two weeks old badly infected if they weren't old beans I'd have tossed and started again I'd really appreciate any help...

Thanks dudes and dudetes...

If they’re all over your plants I’d use Captain Jacks Dead Bug but you’ll also need something like DE to kill the soil infestation. And yellow sticky traps to catch the airborne assault.

I don’t know if this stuff is safe for seedlings or not, but I recently used it for a bad spider mite infestation. It’s made from concentrated thyme oil. It’s mixed with water and applied as a foliar spray, but can also be used as a root drench.
Then theres this stuff too, which Ive used in the past.
With any type of integrated pest management it’s important to do multiple treatments, there’s really no such thing as a one and done. Setting up yellow sticky traps can help draw out the winged adults which are attracted to the color yellow.
A good deep cleaning of your area can ensure that theres no rotting vegetation tucked away in hard to reach spots that can harbor pest like thrips. It’s always good to have a multi pronged plan of attack.

I like the deadbug, I use the pre mixed spray bottles, I’ve used it for a long time, dont plan on using it on the living soil runs unless it’s really needed, but in my usual runs I do a full spray down about a week before flip then again about 4 days before flip

@Markjobs2020 not offended at all. Not personally.

that particular word is just how non jews got marked as "undesirables" in nazi germany to be sent to labor camps with the jews. Sympathizers to the jews (kankerjudes) were considered a cancer equal or greater in threat to the third reich as the jews themselves. The third Reich never stopped being a thing either. They all just got quiet for a while.

its a great way to say "Im not just a racist, im an actual Nazi" lol. Assuming you are using it in insult and in full knowledge of history around it anyway.

And its not a word my dad ever thought he'd hear of being tossed around. Damn near gave the guy a conniption when i asked about it. I never got the stories directly from my great grandad, he died when i was super little. My dad grew up with those stories though, and i would imagine has seen the kankerjude brand that was on his shoulder.
Well I hope I didn't cause your dad too much stress and thanks for the info I was sat here last night feeling quite bad about it I'm some what of a dopey person and my mouth gets me in trouble a lot
