I think most young folks don’t know what a “collect call” is 😀 Party line ? 🤣✌️

Hello?
Yes, a collect call for Mrs. Floyd from Mister Floyd
Will you accept the charges from United States?

Oh, he hung up, that's your residence, right? I wonder why he hung up?
Is there supposed to be someone else there besides your wife there to answer?

Hello?
This is United States calling, are we reaching
See he keeps hanging up, and it's a man answering
They also don’t know that before the internet you used to be able to go to a house party and call Dominoes if you got hungry and the appetizers sucked. 🤣

Remember long distance charges? In high school I was talking to a girl who lived about an hour away. She racked up her parents' phone bill by over $400 then her mom called mine expecting her to pay half the bill. Shit was crazy.

I don't understand how that worked. It's not like someone delivered the calls to your house why was it so expensive.

I can still remember dialing 0 and asking the operator to put me through to places. No idea if they do that anymore lmao

I never racked up any long distance charges but I do remember when my dad had a car phone installed. He ran in the store one time and I answered it. It was his boss who was a sweet lady but whatever charges could have been applied in a minute or two on that phone had him furious. 🤣

I'm old enough to remember having local calls go through dialing just 5 digits. I had an old neighbor who told me his old phone number when the house was first built was Lakeview 62585. If you were making a call outside your immediate area you had to use a name prefix, and direct calls could be made with just 5 digits within the prefix, but you needed operator assistance to reach a different prefix... until they changed to numeric prefixes, and then we were able to connect directly.

Collect calls, LOL. I think I only ever received them whenever a friend or two wound up in jail.

for some reason, this reminded me about when i was little, and my dad brought home a super expensive set of Klipsche speakers for his stereo. I was there when he opened them. I saw the dust cap, and like a moth to a flame, i went straight over to the speaker and pushed in one of the dust caps. Nt in a million years could i tell ya what possessed me to do that. Was close to the most pissed off ive ever seen him.

About 10 years ago, i was living with a now ex (this story has nothing to do with it lol) , she had a 5yo son. I brought home a set of nice JBL speakers. Floor standing towers. Dual woofer 4 way speakers. I turned around after taking the second speaker out of the box, and her son has already pulled the grill off the first one and pushed in both woofer dust caps (dual 10" woofers) and pushed in the titanium dome tweeter and cracked it. I was pretty upset about it. His giggles when the tweeter cracked were what caught my attention.

What goes around comes around i suppose 🤣 😅

Its been long enough now that i just find it ironic, it doesnt make me mad anymore (mostly true)

Hopefully you shared that story with your dad, and you got some laughs out of it.

Couple pics of the 4x8, NL & HP,

These plants are going to be magnitudes
better than Betty Lou. Even her clones are
going to be better than she.

Sadly, I can't get to the back to pull shite
out 'da light's, or tie shite up or whatever.

It's just goink to be a: "it'll be what it be"
kind of thing.

I may end up mowing down the top 1/2
and then let the bottom chunk up a bit
more for some good edibles' stock, then
try to re-veg them until I decide what to
keep. (the clones will just be harvested
up, no re-veg)

Yes, 2 weeks (on the slabs under 800w)
was too long of a veg time🤬

Yes I know that I should have put nets
up.🤬

Yes, I wish I would have switched to
MegaCrop much sooner. So much
easier and convenient (& cheaper)
than GH nutes🤩🤑

Yes, many mistakes (some rookie)
were made this go-round.😖😞

Yes, this was mostly experimental.👍🤔

Yes, I learned a great deal of what
not to do. 🤓😅

Yes, I seem to have adopted a new
family along the way.👩‍👩‍👧‍👦🤗🥰

Thanks for puttin up with me. And;
sharing your knowledge & experience
with me too boot. It's a win, win. 👊👊 😅💨✌️

What's DMT?
N,n-Dimethyltryptamine

It's what the soul looks like when perceived from a 3 dimensional perspective locked into a space and time relationship.

It's the single common denominator within all living things.

And it's also the strongest and most spiritually significant psychedelic substance known to mankind. it's deeply intertwined with the processes of being born, dreaming, and dying. And it plays a deeply significant role in remembering who you are, what's your place in reality is, where you came from and where you're going when you're done here.

The experience of it is total fundamental understanding of pure truth, and even though you don't remember it when you come back out 2000 years later, the feelings remain.

The experience of timeless eternal omniscience, jai guru Deva ohm. the sum of all things. DMT is You. Give thanks to the master.

This giant belongs to the hash plant in the
back that I super cropped and busted over.
If stretched straight back up, it'd prolly be
over 7-8' tall. (there is twice as much more
to it that's not showing in pic)💪👍✌️😝

*not sure what's causing the foxtail, it's only
that 1 cola so far. I'm debating whether to
cut it off or not. Some say yes, it'll help the
cola swell up - thoughts?
