...Fuckers got me on a conspiracy charge and took a year of
my life. Had no plants, the room was completely down and
stored in a friends 48' shipping container in a far off, obscure
property (apx $20k worth of lights and equipment)
We knew there was a bust coming and everybody was shut
down, except for one greedy bitch who didn't believe it
was coming down. She was harvesting the morning we
all got popped. She got the most time of anyone (10yrs)
They called us "an indoor growing conspiracy", when in
reality, we were a bunch of growers who knew each other
and helped ea other during harvests (def need help when
taking down 30-40 lbs)
As I already said, they took a year of my life based on
hearsay, no other evidence; so the charge was conspiracy -
I meant to do something. At the time, the Feds had a 98%
conviction rate for conspiracy, so I took a plea deal, rather
than a potential 10 yrs to life for fighting them.
They (feds) are as dirty as the day is long (they only
reported less than 1/3 of the cash they took from us all
($millions)...
I now definitely live in a legal home grow state
(will be used for edibles and hash)
