I can only see purple leaves.
Try a pic with flash, or take the plant out of the tent for a pic with natural light.

Should I flush with ph water ? Is this nutrient burn ?

I think they look excellent, very healthy.
No clawing, no burnt leaf tips.
Good dark green color as well.

The leaves look blistered though ? I was thinking it’s cause I was feeding at 1800-1900ppm not realising , as today I got the tds tester and went oh shit .

Or residue from foliar spray ?

If it gives you sticky fingers...no doubt.
Try looking with a loupe, magnifying.
