Thoughts on my new HP "aeroponic" system.

My idea is to have a 6 in sewer pipe around 3 ft long on a stand so that it is vertical and cap both ends. On the top I can drill a 3 inch hole for the net pot and at the bottom can drill a hole and hook up a drain pipe to drain into an external reservoir. I plan on placing 2 misters at the top as I assume the mist will travel downwards on the pipe and around the roots.

Let me know what you think, suggestions and criticism WANTED.

I have grown aeroponic with the classic 27 gallon home depot tub and it worked great but there are a lot of issues with that style of system.

It might work better if you cut 24" sections, cap one end, set it in a stand/drain with the capped end up. Cut the hole for the netpot in the cap and drill holes all around the tubes side and add spray nozzles all around the inside.
