I planted two seeds and both sprouted, planning to keep one plant. One of the plants has three leaves above the nodes instead of two. I was going to keep the bigger seedling. Is there any difference in the finished product between the three leave and the two leaf, or should I keep the normal one.

that's whorled phylotaxy, a rather common mutation, nothing special about it
(some say bigger colas with whorled phytlotaxy could be more prone to mold due to being more dense and compact overall than plant without the mutation)

(also that mutation is unstable and may eventually disapear anytime during growing)

If you grow that one out be prepared for some weirdness. Lol I had one decide to start growing the meristem the wrong direction.....down instead of up. I had to top it too short which inevitably caused the plant to split down the main stalk once the buds got real heavy and it rained. It was a real shitshow by the end. The yield was about the same as the regular plant, surprisingly.

Pictures of the two plants would be quite helpful.
