First time grower, I'm thinking its time to move them into pots.
I have 7gallon fabric pots that I'm planning on using, thoughts? :)

Welcome. You’ve got some time. Roots do not like light. If that’s the cup you’re growing in place it info a red solo cup or cover the outside with electrical tape. Don’t up pot yet, let the roots become established. Also, If you haven’t already, pop some holes in the bottom for drainage.

3 or 5 US gal pots generally work best, unless you plan on a tree.

How close are your lights? And is that coco or soil?

We're going for 7 gallons UK.
As I've read it works best and the lights are 2.5feet away right now around 30-50% light intensity.

Conventional wisdom says that there is a step function to up-potting.....AKA don't put it in the biggest pot first, better for strong root development to let the root sink down in the medium. So far so good....
