Tiny buds from Nitro toxicity

Hi first time grower here. I’m using an indoor hydro system for a magic melon plant. I gave it nitrogen toxicity during its Flowering stage. It’s been a week since I changed the water and lower the nitro. Am I doomed to have too young buds? Or can this bitch recover?

Ph is 5.5 not sure about EC and yes there is a fan
