Tiny white bugs

NEED LEFT TO CHECK WHAT’S THIS TINY WHITE BUGS. They only show up when I water the plants

I cant view the video but the bugs in the pic look like springtails. Harmless to all but maybe seedlings. They eat leaf mold and rotting matter primarily. They appear in thousands in every yard of topsoil outside.

They have a spring on their abdomen and kind of jump around like a flea.

So are they good to have?? Cuz I have them as well and got nervous my plant was in danger.

When ur plant drys sprinkle some de earth around your plants, leave 72 hours flush check ph and you should be able to kill them off, that is if you want to.
