Tip yellowing on new growth

I noticed new yellowing tips on two of my plants. Only on the newer growth. I'm in build a soil and they are only three weeks old. Lights are at 18 inches. Recommended 18-24 by manufacturer. Or is this something else? Moisture is at 68% and temp is around 75°f. They had root wise a week ago and mammoth silicone with watering. Thank you in advance.

just an opinion.
Looks like your pushing the leaves down with your light.
Perhaps a bit higher and the leaves will do the same . ( start praying instead of laying)
