Those popped up a week ago and just spent the last 60 hours in darkness with temperatures below forty five degrees. I didn’t think they’d survive. We haven’t had power since Thursday morning. I was happier for the seedlings than I was for myself. Definitely going to buy a generator, now I’ve been through this too many times recently to not have one.I wish mine came out like yours!
Man I hope those ladybugs clean house for you. Ever try nematodes? I’ve heard they keep the bad bugs at bay too.Huge shoutout to my sponsor on my sandbag up pot. For my abused and neglected clones. V Free 99View attachment 2145768View attachment 2145769The fungus gnats my attempts to get rid of them with neem oil, spinosad, de have really done a number on the largest ones leaves. I am pretty sure they are also root bound so they are going to the qt cups. The scraggler on the left has finally started growing after removing the rock whool cube and dirt.View attachment 2145771The nl2 that had the seed stuck is really having a hard time growing or opening up the first set of leaves I have been trying to pull the two away. They been clamped up like a set of virgin legs. The purest Indica aka Nl came out also with the dome stuck, the helmet removal did not go well took the leaves. Totally expected dead but she’s green at the stem which was not the case when the removal took place.View attachment 2145773The skunk1 has come out no dome attached and is all leggyView attachment 2145774So far my attempt to get this next run with the new light is looking rather feeble lol. I feel bad for these plants I can’t provide optimal care in my lady’s work office. Also I just noticed when preparing the beverage dranks with the build a soil light with no plants the same bugs which I presume are fungus gnats are in the soil. These fuckers come out and stare at you and won’t die. They turn into flying creatures which my wife says they bite . They don’t bite me but they annoy the shit out of me and like to fly in my ear. Spent an hour calling around to locate a simple pest eradication system that used to be readily available.View attachment 2145788
Ill take this ass a complimentSometimes it feels like this when you help.
You need help never sure you grow forestsIll take this ass a compliment
Mine are just little guys at the moment, not sure if they’ll make the “tree” status this round : ) either way I can be immovable like the ass hahaha!!!!You need help never sure you grow forests
I’ll have to look
I have heard about them here. Never tried them. These bugs are in the soil but the plants are in my lady’s office. She likes ladybugs but still wants me to tape off the closet. Nematodes she would flat out refuse. Sucks about your power being out from snow. I guess this glow bull warming exists, down here in Arizona it’s 67 degrees and it’s normally in 80sMan I hope those ladybugs clean house for you. Ever try nematodes? I’ve heard they keep the bad bugs at bay too.
Yeah I usually toss a zip strip on it..Just noticed this split… Any advice? Looks like it probably happened some days ago.
I need to preserve this in the memory bank for future use.Ill take this ass a compliment
As always looks great.Mass up potting today…..
Thanks for the advice! I will probably zip em’ preemptively in the future to be safe. I don’t know exactly when this happened, but I’d bet just about anything that it was in the first two weeks of flowering unfortunately. I never saw any signs of stress though. They look A-okay outwardly. Red Velvets here..Yeah I usually toss a zip strip on it..
if the plant isn’t showing outward signs of stress, just do what you did. Zip it up, and let it roll. That manifold is usually the spot stalk splitters like to use, me included, as it’s one of the lowest parts of the plant so it affects the whole plant. It’s amazing what these plants can take. But I wouldn’t not move that into flower until it has had at least 2 weeks to heal and get back on track.
It happens from just a bit too much lst. A lot of the time I’d put a zip strip on before I get to stressing that spot to prevent any t from happening in the future. Don’t let that kind of thing keep you from doing what you plan on doing. It happens a lot. Next time pre zip it!
I love the one with horns.@Captspaulding
