Should definitely check them out if you like to read. Even if not, you'll get much more graphic and detailed depictions of the story in the books. Hannibal is one of my favorite books of all time, actually.

I did read red dragon, never read the others though. I probably should have. Definitely a lot better than the movie. Hannibal would have been better if they kept Jodi foster as clarice. That hurt the movie a lot imo. But still, Hannibal feeding the cop his own brains while he was still awake. That was pretty epic. Every time I see that scene it makes my hair stand up. But on a whole, the movie lacked the greatness of silence.

It did, it almost lost me completely at the beginning scene with the lady using a baby as a human shield. I was like, well fuck, that’s ridiculous hahahaa. Red drago was definitely waaaaay better than Hannibal. Still a little rough, the scene where crawford figures out it’s Hannibal is great though. Man. Really great.
