Picked up one of those reptile bulb UV tester cards to see if the UV lamp was legit. You're supposed to hold the card around 2" from the light to turn purple, and it turned purple 2 feet from the light. Kind of scared I'll hermie some plants with it now. lol

Yeah the Agromax pure UV, 75% UVB and 25% UVA. Gonna try it towards the end of flower. HTG had it and the fixture cheap so couldn't pass it up. Had to spend $75 to get free shipping but needed more shit anyway.

The 4' version is 54 watt. This is all 2' 24 watt. Probably could have fit a 4' diagonally in the tent and really fried everything. The bulbs and fixture are T5HO.

I've been looking at the lights too. I want to build out a little veg chamber. Been hearing good things about the EVO LEDs

For Veg. you really should give Nextlight 150h a look. It's a white light but it kicks for $100, what makes Nextlight better than any other is the variable setting. Exact light control can change your grow, for the better. In my non=adjustable heigth setup I can take the ppfd from 70 - well I never go over 400 in veg. But I can go from 70 to 80 to 110 or whatever number I want. Designed for the commercial market they are coming out now with more models for the average consumer.

Other manufactures should take note. Settings don't have to be 25, 50, 75, 100%. Nextlight is 0 - 100%, like it should be,
