Quick update:
Day 21 post flip to 12/12, I think the stretch has stopped. Done a lot of super cropping as these ladies really stretched bad, assuming due to a broad temp/rh shift from lights on to lights off. Have countless bud sites, a lot of which are not easily visible for obvious reasons. Anyways, here's some pics of what's going on:

20150325 113249

20150325 113306

They're getting the highest EC feedings they'll get this run right now, 15 mL a&b per gal and 10 mL BioRoot. I dosed them with 5mL two days ago as I was seeing beginning signs of a mag def. They perked right up. This strain can take some stress! Going to be watching for nanners as things develop due to everything these ladies have been through. As always, thanks for stopping by and checking out what's going on over here in my neck of the woods.

What a sweet micro grow you got going here tobh! Goes to show you can make life grow in any space with some proper TLC.
Hope the outdoor garden is doing just as good too! Wouldn't mind seeing another update on that as well.
Props to you dude, I'm tuned in. Keep it green :)

Unfortunately @Renseller the outdoor garden is a no go this year due to some really fucked up personal shit. These ladies are lucky to still be alive. I lost one last week due to getting stuck in the mountains for a few days and the medium drying out. I was able to save three, but the forth just didn't recover. It set me back in flower at least a week, from the looks of things I still have at least four more weeks before they're ready to be pulled. Yield was definitely hit, not real satisfied with this grow at this point. I have clones waiting to be dispersed to a couple of family members that will run them outdoors and really see what these can do.

Currently the smell is lemony with a bit of pine, some straight stink in there that I can't really describe, it's just pungent. A slight chem smell too, but not nearly as strong as the other smells. The citrus comes through super strong though. I'll post some pics later this evening once I get em stripped of any identifiable info. Things are stacking and frosting up a bit, looking like they're trying to foxtail which is unanticipated to say the least. They have seen a lot of stress though so it's not a surprise. Gotta say, these are solid genetics considering everything they've been through and I haven't seen any nanners yet.

Thanks for stopping by and the compliments! Can't wait to have a better location with more space to do this plant justice.

Alright as promised, here's an update. Unsure of the ppm's for feedings as I've stopped measuring at this point, have the remainder of the regimen figured out for the rest of this grow so not measuring ph nor ppm. Cut back the A part to ~8mL per US Gallon and B part is still at 15mL. No more BioRoot as I was getting clawing and I felt it was simply too much N for this stage of growth. Did some mild defoliation just prior to these pics, only the largest fan leaves were pulled, opened things up a little and got my hands/arms super sticky in the process. Wish I had a better camera, with this phone it doesn't show the trichrome production as well as the naked eye sees it. They aren't drinking as much as they were either so I've cut waterings back to 3 times a day every other day, no runoff. Anyways, here's some bud porn.

So sorry to hear about your situation, they seem like a resilient set of girls though! They look good considering what they've been through. I'm interested in seeing the end result...what strain is this again?

I would defoliar even a little further for the lower buds, with a set of latex gloves. They're a lifesaver when working with that much resin.

Sending good vibes your way. Keep on keepin' on!

Here's what I posted in another thread. Pretty sure I explained it on like page 2 here but not sure. This is more accurate I think anyways.

Here's the story. A friend had a crop of OG Kush and Trainwreck (not sure of the cut, think it was Arcata) and the Trainwreck hermied on him, pollinating his whole room. Kicked me down on a zip of the finished product and at the time I was growing some freebie Mazar-I-Sharif landrace I had gotten with an order. I really like the Mazar so I grew out some of the initial OG KushXTrainwreck and took the best male exhibiting the most TW traits and selectively pollinated the Mazars I had going. Next round I grew this cross out with some White Rhino and open pollinated with 25 plants. Life happened, had to shut down everything until I got more stable and this is the first opportunity I had to see what I have here.

It's REALLY unstable genetically, a lot of variation between phenos and these ladies are clones of a particularly mutated female. She'll throw random numbered leaves that are kinda re-re when they show up. the typical 5 points and 7 points look fine. She's obviously a stretcher and looks to be a light producer, but they've been through hell and back. As I get back on my feet after the most recent BS, and have the room, I'll pop the remaining ~150 beans I have of this and let them do their thing naturally and try to start stabilizing with the F3's.

In short it's ((OG Kush X Trainwreck) X Mazar-I-Sharif) X White Rhino.

Here's a quick 420 update!

Everything's moving right along, figure the second week of May will be when I pull them. Lost my microscope somewhere in my heap of belongings, so going based off of the various things I read in this thread: https://www.thcfarmer.com/community...loupe-or-dont-rely-solely-on-trichomes.64433/ by Seamaiden. Probably should find it though, just as an additional confirmation. They're still stacking and still swelling and producing plenty of trichomes.

My crappy phone pictures do not show these buds true beauty, definitely frosty. At some point in the future I'll probably invest in a legit camera but for now it is the phone.

Feeding the same as the last update still. Probably will start decreasing next week, move steadily down until the last week and flush for the final week. Anyways, here's some pics, enough of my stoned rambling.

Never mind the burnt leafs, they reached a bit too close to the bulbs and scorched themselves. Still doing some super cropping here and there as the buds start to touch the light or get too close for comfort. Pretty impressive, within an inch of the bulbs and still no burn. Takes full contact with the bulb to get scorching and even still it takes at least a full day cycle for it to occur.

Some of the buds are showing signs of reveg oddly enough. It's either been caused by a few instances where lights wound up being on in the middle of the dark cycle for <5 minutes (location of timer was poor, since moved to a more secure location.), or I have a continuous light leak. Either way, I'm not overly concerned, may be due to the genetics as well.

Once again, thanks for stopping by!

Quick update. Fed 5ml A and 10ml B ph'ed to 5.5 today. Wednesday marks the beginning of week 8 since flip, will be feeding this through the beginning of week 9 then start flushing with only 25% current feeding, aiming for .6 EC roughly on the advice of my mentor. They're still stacking on so this may change but we'll see. Here's some pics.

Notice the appearance of reveg on this one. Kinda weird, this is why I'm wondering if harvest on week 10 might be pushed out.

Checked out the trichomes with my radioshack magnifying glass and most of them are still clear as well, so based on everything I've read these are still looking to have a bit longer. Had broken a branch about a week ago and sampled some of the bud from it today. The stone is nice and clear, helps you focus really well. Highly cerebral though it relaxes the body nicely. Clean pine taste as well, not much else though. Can't wait to try these ladies when they're done and cured. Oh and for shits and giggles xD

Well, I was going to post an update, but looks like I've been struck by the file too large bug now as well. Will see about getting the photos over to Linux and trying that route. This try was via Windows 8.1, error in both Firefox and Chrome. Bleh.

Great show......love a happy ending, buds look bomba.... I have experienced some strains start to express that reveg look if they have grown to a size that requires more light than provided to them. Bigger the bush more the light required. My .02 Best vibes

Well, nearly a happy ending. Still have a couple weeks before we know for sure. One thing I can definitively say is the sample buds have packed a punch already. Very rapid onset and doesn't seem to have a ceiling. Hit after hit you just get higher and higher. Very giddy, shit makes me laugh like I was a teenager again. Trich's are at 50/50 clear and cloudy and still throwing new pistils. Thinking they're for sure in their final push to bulk up and try and get seeded. Debating staggering the harvest and pulling one at 9 weeks, one at 10 weeks and one at 11 weeks just to get an idea of where the prime finish would be in future runs.

Have 10 clones of these ladies just to keep these genetics alive a bit longer till the definitive thumbs up or down comes through. May hand them out under the condition that the hands they are given to also clone them and hand them out. Kind of a self propagating local strain I guess you could say. I think in the right hands this cross would have a lot of potential. This was just a very stressful run for them and they deserve a bit better shot imo.

One thing I can say as this grow comes closer and closer to an end. With the harvest it will be the final pages in a pretty fucked up chapter in my life, and right on time for my trial to begin (have something special to come home to after getting fucked by the courts). Big plans are coming for August/September of this year and will be glad to wash my hands of many of the tribulations the Universe has offered these past few years. Not to put too much sentiment into something as simple as this grow, but with this grow I saw that despite the utter hell storm life is, persistence will carry you through. This plant of ours shows such resilience, we'd all be so lucky to carry just a piece of what they are about into ourselves.

Still having issues uploading pics even after resizing. Will try again in a couple days. Until then, thanks for stopping by and checking things out!

Alright, logic kicked some ass on that code and got things working right again. So, these pics are from a couple days ago.

Today they received 5ml A and 8ml B as I'm tapering down towards the end here. Seem to just be packing on a little bit more weight and I figure I'll be at ~0.6 EC by Friday next week which they'll finish out week 9 on, come down at the end of week 10.

This thread will be interesting to read through in about 6 months, this grow is going to be somewhat successful after all and the genetics have proven to be solid(ish). Through all the stress they and I have been through, they're coming into the end without nanners and looking greasy enough for me to say this shit ain't shwag. They're looking a little weird but that's either due to some mutation in the genetics, or as germinator said they're just craving more lumens.

With time I'll get things more solid but I think this run out of this box has been enough to at least say it wasn't a total loss. In a better place with better times, this lady would've really shown. I'll be lucky to call it an ounce harvest when all is said and done, which for me is like two months worth of smoke. Anyways, enough of my rambling, here's some damn pictures.

This bud is growing like a ball. It got roasted on the lights early on and kinda did this weird thing where there's four or five heads for buds coming out of it.

And hope you aren't squeamish but thought I would share. A few days ago I heard my dogs having a fit outside. Go outside to check what's going on and find this guy
20150430 183144

For those of you that don't know this is a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake. This one is about a year and a half old, maybe two years depending on how it's diet has been. Quite venomous creature here, but just one of the many beautiful things you find out in the desert. My hopes are that wherever I move, they don't have shit that wants to kill you, like this thing. He wasn't super aggressive, and seemed grateful that I got the dogs away from him given his posture for this photo. Left him be for ten minutes, came back outside and he was gone. Just a reminder folks, we're in their territory. Don't kill them if they aren't causing harm. Just a couple more pics of the beautiful snake :)

Appreciate the compliment @Kaskadian ! I started the "flush" a couple days ago, feeding them right around .6 EC for the next week or however much longer my patience will last. Runnin low on smoke and these ladies are nearly ripe for what I'm after medicating-wise. The 6 week sample was excellent, but not too narcotic. The week 8 sample straight knocked me out last night, so they'll be lucky to make it another week or so. Will post another update when I get home from rocking this interview. Thanks for stopping by!

Try the freezer cure. Guaranteed successful cure and keeps the buds a nice green! After the outside feels dry but the buds still bend a little and feel somewhat "squishy" in the middle, place them in an open box inside your freezer. Through the process of sublimation your buds will gas off the water while affording you the luxury of preserving all of your terpenes and flavanoids. After 2-3 weeks in the freezer, turning the buds occasionally throughout, take the buds out of the freezer and place directly into jars. Burp the jars for 2 days and boom, you won't be disappointed!

Alright. Sorry for the long ass delay guys. It's been hectic in my life lately, various revelations regarding previous incidents mentioned in this grow and picking up an apprenticeship for tattooing has really overtaken my life.

The plants were harvested a week ago today after being "traditionally" flushed then left to starve until the media was bone dry. Can't recall specifics right now but I tapered the nutes down to 25% max feed then the flush with straight tap water. Ran 3+ gallons through each plant. After curing I think I may have hit 3 ounces after all. This run was a wild ride and would've finished much better had everything that happened not occurred but no looking back, right?

They've lost that pungent death type stink but the buds that are in the paper bags now have this smack you in the face citrus smell. I dried at ~70 degrees with 60% humidity for five days, chucked the stems and put the buds in paper bags. Things are moving along well with the dry I think. Will post some finished nug shots after the cure, and will post a final smoke report at that point too. Anyways, here's some damn pictures already.

Probably could've let them run a bit longer but I like the smoke as it sits right now. Thinking this may have been a 10-12 week strain and I pulled at 9 1/2. Live and learn though.

Considering the woman I was in love with that kicked me to the curb to marry some guy she met in a game chatroom online just days later, it's amazing these made it to this point. Let this grow be an example of the resilience and persistence that we all should carry in our lives. If I was able to pull these through to the end with everything going against me, anyone can. I appreciate the help and the audience I had in this grow, you guys were all beneficial in more ways than I can even tell you. In my darkest hours, I was here, reading and interacting with so many beautiful personalities and I thank you all for being available. This one plant has brought together so many walks of life in one cumulative effort, to overgrow the world.

Try the freezer cure. Guaranteed successful cure and keeps the buds a nice green! My mentor recommended I try this but given my current living situation I don't have access to a freezer to use for this purpose. When I get back on my feet and in my own place I'll definitely be giving this a shot.

Hope the interview went well bro. I'm excited to see some harvest shots! ;)

Interview went horribly lol. Waste of my time and money in gas to go to it. The job hunt has hit a dead end and I'm not sure what my next move is. May hold out as I have trial coming up on June 16th for bullshit charges and may wind up incarcerated so we'll see. I'll get you some bud shots once things have settled down and cured well. Thanks for dropping in and keeping an eye out man.

Once again, this concludes yet another long entry from tobh. I appreciate all the advice and encouraging words these people offered: @Toaster79 @DeceiverZ @Renseller @Kaskadian
