If you are just getting into spring, early summer you should be good to go. So long as there are no more frosts this year, it will flower when the time is right.
Account for a good 90 days of growing season and you have a good chance.... though some sativas or even stubborn indicas may want/need to go longer.

I am at roughly the same latitude, and you can definitely plant now. Magoo's advice is spot on though. Definitely make sure you have genetics that will finish on time. Have a great season!
