Too Much Oxygen?

Is it possible for plants to get too much oxygenation? Could an excess in oxygen lead to lockout? If yes, what are the symptoms?

What exactly would you intend on doing...? Heavily breathing in the tent for a few hours a day?

Plants use co2 and expel o2. Unless tour talking about air stones for aero or hydro, or pumping o2 I to the root zone (per some mag) I read it in a month ago while sitting on the throne.
