transplanting from soil to coco?

this is my second outdoor grow, this year i started my seeds in soil but have realized it's kinda dense and get's watterlogged, so i was wondering if i can transplant my 1 gallon soil plants to something like coco/perlite? or maybe soil/coco just to make it lighter? idk if that would mess with the root ph or what not and i'm not sure what to do, any input would be appreciated!

Yeah I mix peat and coco for my soil mix. Sand works as well. you should also try gypsum to lighten the soil. Coco is pretty neutral on pH.
