Trichomes ripe for harvest time?

Hi guys, can you please tell me if trichomes are ripe for harvest?

You have to get more of a closeup than that.

Without judging trichs, that looks ready or almost ready.

BTW, if that's one of the better buds, explore a different breeder in your next grow.
