I saw a video by Karl about trimming technique called Lollipop, and I figured to give it a try with a volunteer from last year. Let me know what you think.
Sorry about the orientation, when I upload a pic the site turns it sideways??????

Imo outdoors just cleaning up the bottom so you don't have leaves or branches that ouch the ground is enough. Lollipoping is usually indoors to remove lower branches that don't develope as well and lack light exposure, also to increase airflow through the plant.

You can be more aggressive and remove the overlapping leaves if you want to. They like defoliation.

Thanks... I have read it's normally for indoors, but I thought since it helps indoors, why not try it outdoors?
