One of those and a tripod, I'd have the best bug photos around! Haha just wish the bugs were in the wild and not my tents!

I got a few. Maybe a bit better.
looks like the spray killed most them bro, they do still look like athids by the look of pics. could you not wash the plants outside or spray them down. could wash them off that way.

Every spray I do, after they all soak a bit, I wipe them off. I'm thinking they crawl up with their dying breath to laugh at me. I been giving the tops of the pots a misting too.

Tonight I might do a night wash in the wee hours of the morning. Hose them down. I got lots of good bugs out there that'll eat them.

water spray the plants bro like on a tilt. that should wash them right off outside. then hit them with the bug killer again.
Gotta wait until it's dark out. Nosey neighbors like to complain. I'll give them a good showering, clean all that dead bug off, clean out them stomata, and give them some water through the foliar. Going to give them a feeding tomorrow morning too.

I can't get a picture of them. Every morning there are more white specs, and eggs under the leaves. They don't move when shaken or poked, but I do occasionally see a white spec whiz past me. Can't tell if I'm hallucinating them moving because it's always a flash in the corner of my eye, never a clear line of sight...

They look like whiteflies except for the lack of movement.. I often mention the "goggles" I use for inspection of the ladies, but for those that are curious here's a picture:

Easier to follow and focus since they sit at a set distance from your eye. I use them for work on small electronics like this stuff:

I'm definitely gonna have to get a set of those see'ers

Curious what the middle and neck pickup are? Haven't seen undersides like that before and can't read the writing. I just put some fender deluxe drives in a strat build few months ago that's become my baby and im loooooooving them.

Been to tinkering with a stereo preamp design using some old TV tubes too. I got a cool box for it. Needs a finish. Eventually I'll put it inside of it... Probably. Maybe build a version that hasn't been resoldered and modified 50x 🤣

Copious amounts of dust are *critical* for that natural valve tone!

Thats a beaut!
All 3 are Seymour Duncans. The neck is a SH-2 Jazz (JB in the bridge). The Jazz looks a bit different because I wired in a switch to allow me to have the it split, run in series, or parallel.

The middle is a Custom Stack.

It's a bit messy, but there is a kill switch wired in and I added an on board fuzz for fun instead of a second tone pot.

Nice, my neck build im probably gonna finally stroll into duncan land. Ive had lots of brands, but never duncans. Prob gonan try my luck with a set neck, carved top LP type. Prob P90s, i might go humbuckers though. I have several cheap super strats with humbuckers.

That one has the Gilmour mod where you can blend just neck and bridge, or all 3 together. I modified it a bit, I Kick it on with a push pull with a double carbon taper on the second tone. Pull it up and the neck pickup kicks on no matter where the selector is, and the second tone switches to a blend for the neck pup and takes the second tone out of the circuit all together. I think it's my new favorite strat wiring lol. Just landed there a few days ago.

My pickup knowledge falls off a cliff at about 2012 lol. The circuit boards threw me off a bit.

Yeah! Sounds like a sick build. Exactly why I wanted to split the coil on the neck. All that start twang comes from a single coil in the neck!

I recommend the P90s. Set neck and arched top are both big challenges. Post pictures when you get it started!

Those IC chips make it possible to fit it in such a small space. I didn't want to add another toggle or pull pot tap the coils, and the fuzz circuit would've taken up too much room if I did it all with full size components.

I have a mahogany slab waiting for some inspiration to hit for the next project. Was thinking just a single coil in the mid/neck.

I haven't dunked the mothers, so that might be where my problem is. The dunking seems to get rid of everything on the plant. I dunk them 2 at a time, and new water each batch. Maybe they just hop back to the clones after they are nice and clean.

I got some insecticidal soap. Supposed to kill the stuff that the dead bug doesn't. Got them all soaped up after the clones got dunked this morning. Hopefully that stops anything that finds its way back after they are cleaned

Hope it works out for you brother! Doesn’t cost much to try! I like your one to punch approach! If I had known bears, were more like vines instead of plants I probably wouldn’t even have brought it up! L O L!

Thanks, Chucky! Honestly, it's time consuming but the plants look real happy after the dunk. Once they dry, they perk up immediately.

Going to stay at it for a week or so after I stop seeing them. (See.. I'm optimistic...) the adults can live 25days, but the eggs can remain dormant through winter. I run it hot... so hopefully they pop in a few days and don't just wait hidden as eggs until I flip to flower 🤣
