same man, be worth trying bro. would just need a cool rock or something for the base👍 where thinking of digging some up if the cloning didnt work. you could just grab the root base and all. and then repot that.
When chucky reads this he's going to call me a nerd 🤓

Way back before bonsai moved to Japan it started with the Chinese noblemen traveling the lands and digging up dwarf trees that they thought looked interesting. They put them in pots and took care of them.

is a big apple for a little tree😍 gotta try it👍 maybe the nutrition overtime bro. it must of needed quite a lot of nutrients with the pot being so small.
I want to try it with one of the bc cuts.

Just keep cutting her back and letting it grow back. One big fat bud on a little tree 🤣.

I'm feeding almost 2x as much in the 1g pots instead of the 5g pots. And they barely started stretch 😂

Looking like they getting ready to start.

Skinny and bendy stems cut from the bottom definitely root a lot faster in my experience.

This cut was taken maybe 3-4 days prior. I snipped the top off mrs right to even them out a bit (the lefty has been topped and pinned a few times) before I flipped the lights. They take longer to root, but they usually look a lot nicer 🤣.
Hard to see in the photo, but the little white root nodes are just starting to form.

Thanks! I think maybe it just takes longer for roots to pop through the wood stem.

I'm looking forward to it. Getting a good funk when I open the tent in the morning 🤣
