What could be the Problem.

How much nitrogen are you giving?
Dark green and shiny leaves as well as curling and clawing makes me think nitrogen abundance.

This definitely looks like nitrogen toxicity, wayyyy too much nitrogen. The leaves are deep dark green, plastic looking and tips curling down agree.

I agree with Dilly and Newty. Your leaves are British Racing green. They should go to a vibrant Emerald green if you reduce your nitrogen input.
