I've been harvesting and I'll update the thread soon. So far the favorite strain is Purple Urkle, Green Kush, Blue dream, and SVF. That is because of quality and yield combo they gave. Disappointing was the white widow and Casey Jones. The jury is out on Candy kush and Buba OG. The others are ok, but not keepers in my book.
I'll try to get the bud porn up within the next couple days.
UCtestn - I've been enjoying your grow....just one question. I'm looking into a 30' trailer and am wondering how many btu's each of your rooftop a/c's are, look to be 3 tons each? Any idea how to tell how many btu's my rooftop is? I can't find it anywhere on the unit. I only have one rooftop so am considering adding another before I start a 8-10 1000w grow.
Also, did you ever consider going vertical with the lights for trees and a higher yield with your system?
Thanks, SC
I'm not sure how to tell other then climbing on the roof and removing the cover on the A/C. I would grab the model number and ask my buddy google what he thinks.
I can tell you there is no way roof tops are 3 tons each. I have what I believe are the largest rooftops at 15,000 BTU's each giving me a total of 75,000 BTU's or 6.25 tons of cooling.
My trailer was built with insulation into the walls, you'll need to take that into consideration as well. If you have an aluminum trailer with no insulation you'll need quite a bit of A/C to make up just for the lack of it.
As for going vertical, I build my rooms dependent on space, cooling and available power. I do not feel a large car trailer is the right platform for a vertical grow. A container, or a trailer one would not mind cutting holes into, might be a different story.
