unknown bug infestation, PLEASE HELP

i need help identifying a bug i found recently. the young ones are light green with a round body and 2 black prongs coming out of the back. the adults are almost black in color and seem to conglomerate on the back of the leaves. does anybody know what they are?:afroweed:

whatever it is. it's nothing that a hot shot pest strip can't cure.. hopefully your still in veg
