I recently ordered an Arizer Extreme Q. It's over a month wait, and still no legitimate tracking number.

The vendor is in Milwaukee and he sent me a tracking number for a ticket he created for USPS in Illinois, 100 miles away.
I will file a dispute with Visa. But how you normally deal with a scammer?
Should we have a category just for scam reports?
