Using fox farms soil, looking for nutrient recipe

I am using Fox Farms soil
I would like to avoid feeding regularly or eliminate the need for it, and obviously avoid issues like nute burn.
Starting in light warrior, and plan to transplant to happy frog or ocean forest, or a mixture of both.
I have perlite, dolomite lime, mycorhizza, bat guano, worm castings & nectar of the gods one shot granules.

Can anyone recommend a recipe / ratio with listed materials?

I use FFOF for all my grows.

My general soil mix is:

60% FFOF
20% Perlite
20% EWC

In 5G pots I can usually get away with the first 4 weeks of no feeding. Around week 4 or 5 I top dress with Gaia Green 4-4-4. Then every 3-4 weeks with either 4-4-4 or 2-8-4 depending on where in the cycle I am.

I do water /w PowerSi silica, Mr. Fulvic for almost every watering, and then add recharge once a week.
