Watermelonz x grape cream cake f2 males. Killed off the two in the back corners and one in the front right. These men smell so good when you rub them lol
Each 4x8 tray gets a 1000watt hps in the middle and a 630 watt cmh on each is of it. Then there’s a 300 watt led over the small 2x4 tray for seeds. Also put 2-3 soil seed plants on 1 corner of each tray. Things are going pretty well considering how many different things are in here lolWhat's the lighting in that room there trustfall
Looking Good. What was sprayed on the leaves? Are you happy with the fan leaf color so far?Watermelonz x grape cream cake f2
First pheno to show frost, day 14.
I picked up the Oreo cut gonna try to get one in on my next run.I have not cracked any. I ended up getting some Oreos to run
I got some stuff that came from TC and I have never seen roots so fastI picked up the Oreo cut gonna try to get one in on my next run.
Do not think I could have your success with running that many strains under LED's. I believe you are running a combo of HPS and CMH. It is hard to get the light penetration you get with that combo with LED. Add on the additional cost to cool and the watts from lights and it just is hard for me to make it work. Two days ago room vid so many strains
Half these strains are in for the first time . I screwed the grape pie putting her next to trop punch. But she had a late resurgence but still being bullied. Few other things I wish I would have moved but too late now. The way I train them under the net is mainly why this works though and is why weaker strains have a hard time keeping up. It be a shit show if I let them grow naturally lol.I

I don't know if I agree with this. Granted I had great penetration with my DE 1000 (@1200w) but I appear to get just as good penetration; possibly better; for nearly half the watts in energy usage. Nearly half the heat energy produced. Certainly the leaf signaling is different. I think penetration has more to do with spectrum & intensity; than any other factors. It's both.... Some color simply penetrates better.I

You have been taking great care of the ladies lately Frank!I don't know if I agree with this. With the cheaper/whiter 301b's I see on virtually ever LED out there; much less so. With the slightly pricier 301h@3500k; it's as good (or better IMO) than HPS. Certainly on a watt per watt basis. Clearly 3500k->4000k is the desired zone for flowering. The nodes during the stretch are much; much tighter under this type of lighting scenario.
Seems like decent penetration from where I stand. Buds feel very dense even along the bottom portion. The plant on the top right is the only one sitting under "whiter" colored diodes. (but receiving some throw off from the left) Everything else is sitting under 3500k lighting in here.
I've done 2-3x defoliations during flowering also. (one yesterday) Just to un-thicken it a bit.

I 100 percent agree that you can get a full canopy with LEDS probably more even and full than with HPS, the canopy might even be part of the challenge to get penetration. It just seems that you will get more dense buds down the stem further with HPS. You can take a look at a bud and get a pretty good idea if it was grown under LED or HPS by the density and length. IMO LED's have shower denser buds at the top and more lard at the bottom while HPS have longer less dense buds. Does this lend itself to one having better penetration than the other? I do not know. Spectrum is different between the two so that could have some to do with it as well. While I have no complaints about LED's it just seems odd that most all of the large grow ops are still under HPS than LED. Cost for some of the large commercial LED bars has dropped almost in half in the last year so you would think more would be switchingI don't know if I agree with this.
