Forgot to add I smoked all those pieces, the homemade dry sift made me cough a bit but carried a kick, there were three grades of moroccan I think.

Hell yeah dude, many are the times when I've had no buds and having trim to make hash from have saved me from being completely dry not high! All trichomes are worth smoking really, no matter where they came from, be it stem, stalk, bud or leaf!
