Vortex fan speed for 4/4 tent

I have a 4/4 tent and used to have my exhaust fan on 100%.

But now going into flower I wanted to be sure no light leaks (old tent and another veg tent in the room)
So I added charcoal filters to the intake vents and with the fan on 100% the tent looks like it will implode. Anyone have suggestions on how high I should have the control

It depends on the volume of the tent and how much air the fan can move. I usually run mine on low for young plants and higher for flowering plants.
