Ive been growing for a few years and ive been learning about the VPD during research for this next run.

Ive always tried to keep the RH below 60 even when its really really hot out. I thought that high humidity would lead to mold and PWM and things like that.

I see some of you guys with RH of 85 and 90! Do you experience any extra hassles due to the high RH?

Im considering using a swamp cooler hooked up to my Environmental controller to raise my RH +lower my heat to try and hit that VPD sweet spot

First 3 things that come to mind are good airflow above below and thru the plants, good exchange of fresh air with exhaust fan sucking from top of tent/room and ducted out to another room, and cleanliness. Overcrowding can be dangerous too.
My rh gets into 70s for a couple days after feeding but when it comes down to 50s and below I know it's about time to feed em again. Temps stay in 70s in veg and between 70 in dark and 80ish in light for flower which brings rh down to 60s
